Crisp and complete. Great read Kyle! I am intrigued by PQLs as I look like they can help in upselling as well as control churn. For upselling, if this can be done in a self-serve way (instead of talking to a sales/success person) that will be just superb i.e., send an email to the user that their current/predicted usage resembles that of users in another tier (with specific examples) and even offer them a free trial for that tier, that would be so cool. Extra brownie points if a customer success person is assigned who I can click/call from "within" the product.
